## Required

- Understanding of explosive safety and energetic material handling
- 3–5 years of manufacturing experience in energetics, aerospace, or defense sectors
- Ability to obtain and maintain State and Federal explosives licenses
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Pass pre-employment drug test and background checks
- Proficiency reading blueprints and technical instructions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in high-hazard explosive manufacturing environment
- U.S. Person status for export compliance

## Nice to have

- Associate degree or technical training
- Forklift, hoist, or pressure-vessel operation experience
- Experience with automated manufacturing systems
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and six sigma methodologies
