## Required

- 5+ years hands-on PCB manufacturing or supplier industrialization experience
- Deep expertise in flex substrate fabrication
- Strong knowledge of IPC and JEDEC standards
- Technical understanding of drilling, etching, masking, plating, lamination, surface coating, and testing
- Knowledge of PCB Assembly manufacturing processes
- Understanding of defect modes in flexible circuits

## Nice to have

- Proficiency with industry software tools like Allegro, Valor, NX, JMP
- Experience optimizing PCB panel design
- Experience with Allegro, Valor, NX
