## Summary

Crusoe seeks an experienced utility sector professional to own the full lifecycle of infrastructure agreements supporting their AI data center portfolio, from negotiation through obligation management and compliance. This role demands someone deeply fluent in utility tariffs, interconnection requirements, and NERC/RTO standards who can translate complex agreements into actionable requirements across engineering, real estate, and finance teams.

## Required

- 8+ years in electric utility sector or negotiating utility agreements for large customers or developers
- Direct experience with large-load interconnection and utility service agreements
- Strong working knowledge of utility tariffs, connection requirements, and reliability obligations
- Hands-on familiarity with engineering, procurement, and construction lifecycle
- Demonstrated success negotiating complex infrastructure agreements with utilities
- Exceptional contract management organization and attention to detail
- Ability to translate contract language for engineers, real estate, finance, and executives
- Based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, TX or San Francisco, CA

## Nice to have

- Experience with hyperscale data center or large industrial development projects
- Familiarity with behind-the-meter or bring-your-own-capacity structures
- Experience implementing contract lifecycle management or obligation-tracking tools
- Utility regulatory or state commission proceeding experience
