- Python, networking, and hardware/software system interfacing expertise
- Track record solving technical problems at the intersection of automation and customer needs
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to own complex projects independently
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- Current authorization to work in the United States

## Nice to have

- Linux experience
- Led pilots or customer-focused technical programs in robotics or automation
- Familiarity with ROS, safety standards, electromechanical systems, or industrial networks
- Advanced programming skills in C++, TypeScript, or Kotlin
