- Ability to design scalable, secure architecture for authentication and authorization
- Experience with vendor platforms and healthcare integration ecosystems
- Leadership skills for large technology projects

## Nice to have

- Advanced degree (for Solutions Architect II)
- Healthcare interoperability and data exchange patterns (FHIR, HL7, X12/EDI)
- Experience with API-based and integration-driven architectures
- HIPAA-compliant solution design
- Supporting applications used by clinicians and care teams

- AWS solution design experience
- Writing code to solve varying complexity problems
