- 15+ years progressive leadership in corporate real estate, workplace strategy, operations, finance, or large-scale program delivery
- Experience leading global portfolios, operating models, and teams within complex organizations with 5,000+ FTE
- Managing Director–level scope, judgment, and executive presence
- Deep knowledge of corporate and commercial real estate fundamentals, market dynamics, and occupancy planning
- Translate strategy into execution via structured operating plans and governance frameworks
- Significant direct responsibility for OPEX and CAPEX oversight, budgeting, and forecasting
- Cross-functional stakeholder management across Finance, Procurement, Technology, HR, Legal, and Compliance
- Drive operational excellence, standardization, and measurable performance improvement at scale
- Strategic vendor management and service performance governance
- Clear communication of complex analysis and recommendations to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree

## Nice to have

- Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Experience with AI implementation in operational processes
