## Required

- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field with 5+ years flow cytometry experience, OR Master's degree with 3+ years experience
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Cell biology and immunology background with technical expertise in cell-based assays
- Excellent verbal, technical, and interpersonal communication
- Collaborative and adaptable in fast-paced environments

## Nice to have

- Knowledge of conventional and spectral flow cytometry
- Imaging cytometry experience
- BSL2 and aseptic techniques experience
- Proficiency with major flow cytometry instrument platforms
- Prior core facility experience
- Advanced expertise in both conventional and spectral flow cytometry with cell sorting
