- 2+ years of technical laboratory experience
- Technical skills in laboratory testing and procedures

- Ability to train and educate new laboratory staff
- Verbal and written English communication
- Computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Knowledge of Corporate Compliance Plan and patient confidentiality

## Nice to have

- MLS (ASCP) or MLS (AMT) certification
- Advanced laboratory certifications specific to unit or state
