- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience using CMMS or similar maintenance tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of work experience

## Nice to have

- Experience supervising technical teams (engineering technicians, stockroom, or maintenance support roles)
- Familiarity with inventory control and parts management systems
- Exposure to automation, controls, or industrial engineering environments
