- CPA credential
- Deep technical US GAAP expertise
- Ownership of close and consolidation process across multiple entities or currencies
- Experience leading external financial statement audits
- Experience in consumer tech, SaaS, or high-volume revenue environments
- Hands-on experience implementing accounting systems, automation, and internal controls
- Builder mindset and willingness to do hands-on work while designing for scale

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with music royalties or content and IP accounting
- IPO readiness, SOX, global or multi-entity experience
- M&A or integration experience
- Demonstrated capability building AI-enabled accounting workflows
