## Required

- 5+ years Identity and Access Management or related IT support experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Active Directory
- Deep expertise in Okta, Auth0, IGA, CIAM, PAM, and passwordless solutions
- Understanding of identity protocols (OIDC, SAML, SWA, MFA) and identity lifecycle management
- Familiarity with privileged access management tools
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for identity incidents
- Understanding of compliance frameworks and security best practices
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, regulated environment
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

## Nice to have

- Experience with automation tools like Okta Workflows, PowerShell, or Python scripting
- Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and identity governance
- Security certifications such as CISSP or CISM
