- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
- 5+ years aerospace supply chain and manufacturing experience
- Prior manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace environment
- U.S. Person status per 22 C.F.R. §120.62
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

## Nice to have

- 10+ years related work experience
- Knowledge of AS9100 QMS and aerospace quality systems
- Experience with Boeing MESci and Prime-R work instruction systems
- Ability to read CAD drawings and use PDM/SolidWorks or Teamcenter/NX
- Proficiency with ASME Y14.5 geometric tolerancing
- Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection
- Non-conforming material resolution and MRB participation
- Operations or production engineering background
- Laser assembly and optical system experience
- Optical alignment and system test experience
- Printed Circuit Board Assembly manufacturing background
- Product Data Management or BOM software experience
