- Own projects from design through delivery with clear tradeoffs and communication
- Collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional partners
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools and ability to assess their tradeoffs

- Published and maintained apps on App Store and Google Play
- Mobile CI/CD and automated release pipelines
