- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

## Nice to have

- 9+ years relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree (or 7+ with Advanced Degree, or 3+ with PhD)
- Master's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 6+ years experience
- Experience with AI-powered development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
- Experience applying AI to solve engineering or customer-facing challenges
- Knowledge of commercial payments, money movement, or payment processing
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
