- 10+ years progressive experience in operational risk, enterprise risk, internal audit, compliance, or related control functions in a global regulated environment
- Demonstrated experience providing independent second-line review across Risk and Control Self-Assessments, issue management, operational risk events, and governance reporting
- Ability to assess control design and effectiveness, residual risk, and remediation adequacy
- Proven experience engaging senior stakeholders and governance forums on risk profile changes and control weaknesses
- Experience supporting risk oversight of strategic initiatives including technology change, process transformation, and AI adoption
- Ability to maintain independence and objectivity while building cross-functional relationships
- Proficiency challenging quality and completeness of risk documentation and remediation plans
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

## Nice to have

- Advanced degree or professional qualification in risk management, finance, audit, compliance, or related discipline
- Professional certification such as CRISC, FRM, PRM, CIA, CPA, CISA, CISM, or CISSP
- Familiarity with regulatory expectations in financial services or credit ratings environments
- Demonstrated proficiency in AI concepts with hands-on experience using AI tools
