- 8+ years as an engineer on infrastructure or platform teams shipping products for developers
- 4+ years managing people, including hiring, mentorship, and performance management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, product, and design
- Deep technical background in system design and architecture
- Ability to translate engineering goals into roadmaps and shipped features
- Strong sense of ownership for team outcomes and system health
- Experience improving reliability or developer experience through tooling and processes
- Deep experience with open source technologies, build systems, CI/CD, observability, or configuration management

## Nice to have

- Background with highly scalable distributed systems or infrastructure platforms
- Experience managing large fleets of developer environments, sandboxes, or testing ecosystems
- Experience building platforms or products used directly by developers
