- Data engineering intuition and experience unifying data across multiple systems
- Strong SQL and Python proficiency with production-quality systems
- Experience with experimentation, causal inference, forecasting, and optimization methods
- Ability to communicate complex analytics to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional distributed teams

## Nice to have
