## Required

- 8+ years product management experience

- Working knowledge of construction AR concepts: payment applications, retainage, lien waivers, Schedule of Values, change orders
- Experience translating construction domain knowledge into software products
- Understanding of agentic product design with confidence thresholds and escalation logic
- Mobile-first product design experience for field workers in low-connectivity environments
