- CPA certification
- Technical accounting skills under US GAAP
- ASC 606 revenue recognition expertise
- Multi-currency consolidation experience
- Intercompany accounting knowledge
- Deferred revenue accounting
- Experience with PE-backed companies
- Ability to interface with auditors, lenders, and investors
- Advanced Excel modeling and reconciliation skills
- Hands-on, proactive mindset
