## Required

- B.S. in electrical engineering or equivalent hands-on experience
- 5+ years designing, building, or testing electrical systems
- Experience integrating or testing complex multidisciplinary systems like launch vehicles, satellites, aircraft, or automotive
- Electrical schematic development
- Familiarity with automated test sequences and lab equipment

## Nice to have

- Assembly work plans and mechanical integration of avionics components and harnessing
- Python, Rust, LabVIEW, LabJack, UEI, or National Instruments experience
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail
