## Required

- PJM experience
- Oracle Fusion experience
- Knowledge of business process design and technology integration
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Project management and organizational skills
- Willingness to challenge status quo and drive change
- US work authorization without sponsorship
- Ability to travel up to 25% within the US

## Nice to have

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience with Oracle technology or shop floor systems
- Experience in Manufacturing and Quality modules within Oracle
