## Summary

You'll design and execute lifecycle communication programs that drive adoption and retention across Mixpanel's customer base, writing emails and in-product messages triggered by real behavioral signals. This is a hands-on builder role best suited for someone who can own the full strategy-to-measurement cycle and wants to shape scaled customer success without a predefined playbook.

## Required

- Experience in B2B SaaS customer lifecycle communications focused on post-sale adoption, retention, and expansion
- Excellent writing ability for technical audiences
- Hands-on operation of lifecycle and marketing automation platforms
- Fluency with product analytics tools and ability to pull your own data
- Familiarity with customer success platforms and health signals
- Strong segmentation and behavioral trigger design skills
- Data-driven approach with direct contribution to metrics like GRR, NRR, and activation rate
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams including Marketing and customer-facing teams
- Independent project management with judgment on priorities and tradeoffs
- Comfort with ambiguity and building from zero

## Nice to have

- Experience launching a new scaled or digital customer success program
- Experience serving long-tail or self-serve customer bases with both digital-only and dedicated account segments
- Hands-on experience with in-product messaging tools and lifecycle orchestration beyond email
- Hands-on experience deploying AI agents into customer-facing workflows
