## Required

- 5+ years hands-on enterprise systems experience
- Significant Salesforce administration experience as admin, implementer, or advanced power user
- Integration experience with ability to read and debug Workato recipes and trace data flow through GCP/BigQuery
- SOQL proficiency and record-level data flow tracing across Salesforce and data warehouse
- Stakeholder management across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, Legal, Engineering, and Security
- Structured intake mindset with ability to triage by effort and urgency and manage SLAs

## Nice to have

- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Platform App Builder and additional GTM stack certifications
- Experience with MCP connectors, agent testing, and AI-assisted admin work
- Experience writing admin runbooks, integration documentation, and post-deploy revenue enablement materials
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
