- 8+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience (or 5+ with advanced degree, or 2+ with PhD)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Multi-cloud security engineering in AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
- Python or Go programming for production services
- Infrastructure-as-Code and automation experience
- Cloud security posture management experience
- Ability to design and implement security controls based on risk assessment
- Technical leadership and mentoring capability

## Nice to have

- 9+ years of relevant experience with Bachelor's degree (or 7+ with advanced degree, or 3+ with PhD)
- Expert-level certification in a major cloud platform
- Hands-on cloud migration and cloud-native security implementation at scale
- Experience building GenAI solutions and autonomous agents for security
- Policy-as-Code and enterprise guardrail enforcement expertise
- End-to-end POC ownership and production transition experience
- Threat management, vulnerability management experience
- Cost modeling and delivery planning skills
