- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D
- Licensed pharmacist in state of practice
- Minimum 3 years patient care experience
- Management or professional business experience in managed healthcare, medical group, hospital, or health care delivery
- Clinical pharmacy background with therapy skills and knowledge
- Business acumen and health care economics knowledge
- Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives
- Experience managing external vendors and strategic partners
- Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders in matrixed environments
- Ability to build partnerships and drive results across business areas
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
