- At least 2,000 hours of clinical practice in driver rehabilitation specialty within the past 2-5 years, OR AOTA certification in driver rehabilitation, OR completion of fellowship/residency in advanced practice, OR additional advanced degree in related field
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- United States citizenship
