## Required

- Bac+2 or higher education with solid industrial technical project management experience, or Bac+5 with early industrial experience
- Experience in infrastructure, maintenance, industrial works, or Facility Management
- MS Project proficiency and professional English (B2 minimum)
- Ability to coordinate projects and manage external contractors
- Capacity to handle multiple simultaneous projects with rigor

## Nice to have

- Experience in a SEVESO-classified industrial site
- Background in reliability engineering or infrastructure evolution
