## Required

- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and accountability

## Nice to have

- Active clinical licensure (social work, counseling, etc.) with 3-5 years clinical experience
- 1+ years of people management or demonstrated team leadership
- Experience in healthcare systems, behavioral health, telehealth, or distributed provider networks
- Familiarity with HEDIS measures and healthcare quality metrics
