- Experience in healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to lead and influence without direct authority
- Strategic and relationship development skills
- Risk identification and mitigation planning

## Nice to have

- BS in Sciences/Engineering with MS, PhD, or MBA in relevant biopharmaceutical discipline
- Alliance management experience, preferably global
- Experience with business contracts and management
