## Required

- Lead and build a multi-disciplinary QA team across functional, automation, performance, security, and AI testing
- Architect and establish scalable test automation frameworks across UI, API, and integration layers
- Define and track quality KPIs aligned with business and product roadmaps
- Embed security and compliance testing (HIPAA, SOC 2) into the release lifecycle
- Establish performance testing strategy and baselines for clinical workflows
- Drive shift-left testing practices across the R&D organization

## Nice to have

- Experience with AI-assisted test generation and exploratory testing tools
- Background in healthcare or regulated software environments
- Familiarity with production-like performance monitoring and proactive degradation detection
- Experience testing AI/LLM-driven features and model-drift monitoring
