## Required

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years architecting and managing Exchange Server (on-premises and Standard Edition), hybrid, Exchange Online, public folders, SMTP, Active Directory, and Azure integrations
- End-to-end ownership of user experience for messaging services
- Solid understanding of Exchange architecture including DAGs and hybrid configurations
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- Ability to work across multi-functional teams and organizational boundaries
- Comfort in fast-paced, collaborative environment

## Nice to have

- Experience leading large-scale messaging platforms and resolving critical severity issues
- Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms (Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Google Workspace) including onboarding, operations, and lifecycle management
- Ability to automate operations and administration using AI and modern automation frameworks
- PowerShell scripting proficiency for automation
- Python scripting experience
- Knowledge of networking concepts related to email (DNS, VIP routing)
