## Required

- 6+ years of product management experience or equivalent in highly technical products
- Experience partnering closely with ML researchers or model training teams
- Strong technical intuition with complex machine learning concepts
- Technical foundation in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics or related field
- Exceptional product judgment in ambiguous research-driven problems
- First-principles thinking about frontier AI models
- Ability to operate with urgency in fast-moving iterative environments
- Eligible to work in the US
- Willing to work from office 5 days per week
- Willing to travel quarterly for team meetings

## Nice to have

- Experience at a frontier AI lab or foundation model team
- Experience designing AI evaluation frameworks or benchmarks
- Experience with human evaluation systems
- Experience with large-scale datasets, data quality, or annotation pipelines
