- Ability to build creative organizations and systems supporting high-volume personalized content production
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and measurable business impact
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of customer journey design and digital communication platforms
- Knowledge of AI-powered creative and marketing technologies
