## Required

- 5+ years managing and scaling high-performing partnership teams
- Experience in enterprise technology sales internationally, ideally cloud, AI/ML, or platform businesses
- Executive presence and ability to influence C-suite relationships across diverse cultures
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

## Nice to have

- Experience at AI/ML or frontier technology companies
- Established relationships with major global VCs, accelerators, and startup ecosystems like YC, a16z, or Sequoia
- P&L management and hitting aggressive growth targets
