## Summary

Blackstone seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to lead observability and resilience practices across their infrastructure and development teams. ## Required

- 5+ years in infrastructure engineering, software engineering, DevOps engineering, or platform engineering
- Automation and scripting skills in Python, C#, TypeScript, or similar languages
- AWS experience (required)
- Terraform, Puppet, or GitLab CI experience
- Docker and container orchestration (ECS/EKS) experience
- Linux and Windows troubleshooting skills
- Observability tool experience (Grafana, Prometheus, or Splunk)
- Incident management and postmortem participation
- Strong communication and organizational skills

## Nice to have

- Azure experience
- Experience with AI coding assistants (Anthropic, OpenAI)
