## Required

- Minimum 3 years of process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting experience
- Minimum 1 year using AI-assisted analytics, visualization, or benchmarking tools
- Minimum 1 year integrating AI and automating business process design
- Minimum 1 year delivering consulting project work or industry domain experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years, or 6+ with Associate's degree)
- Up to 80% travel availability

## Nice to have

- Experience producing industry or function trend analyses or change-impact assessments
- Ability to analyze data and translate findings into structured recommendations
- Familiarity with process mapping or process modeling tools
- Client-facing consulting or advisory experience
- Fluent and independent application of AI tools including building agents
- Embedding AI Design principles into process specifications
- Identifying where agentic AI can transform client process steps
- Demonstrated continuous learning with emerging AI tools
