## Required

- BS degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing engineering or related field
- 5+ years building and testing hardware in manufacturing
- Experience authoring test procedures for mechanical, electrical and pneumatic assemblies
- Experience partnering with design and manufacturing teams on test execution and failure investigation
- Experience designing and managing large-scope test systems and process improvements
- Expert knowledge of safety standards and test hazards
- Hands-on experience in at least two areas: electromechanical/pneumatic assembly, functional checkouts, integrated testing, leak checking, sensor checkouts, high-voltage systems, high-pressure pneumatics, or instrumentation/sensor setup

## Nice to have

- Self-starter with proven track record defining and implementing testing processes in fast-paced production environments
- Working knowledge of rocket subsystems including structures, mechanisms, high-pressure gas systems, and avionics
- Knowledge of industry test standards such as SMC-S-016, MIL-STD-1540D, MIL-STD-810G
- Experience with test automation, data acquisition and control systems, electrical test equipment, and pressure test equipment
