- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud architectures
- Leadership in API governance and standards definition
- Strong communication and mentoring abilities

## Nice to have

- Understanding of MCP protocol specification and architecture
