Support multiple technical project managers leading Crusoe's Spark modular datacenter deployments by managing project documentation, coordinating design reviews, tracking budgets and procurement, and continuously improving coordination processes. This role suits someone organized and detail-oriented who thrives managing the complexity of physical infrastructure projects across multiple concurrent initiatives.

## Required

- 3-6 years of project coordination, project management, or document control experience in technical or physical infrastructure industries
- Proficiency with at least one scheduling tool (Smartsheet, MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar)
- Proficiency with at least one project management tool, preferably Jira
- Proficiency with at least one document control or review system (BlueBeam, ProCore)
- Ability to create and maintain organizational structures and document processes for end users
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated bias toward action balanced with sound judgment
- Team collaboration and willingness to take on additional responsibilities

## Nice to have

- Experience supporting multiple project managers simultaneously across concurrent projects
- Familiarity with data center, modular infrastructure, or energy deployment environments
- Pre-construction or construction administration experience
- Exposure to procurement or supply chain tracking for hardware or capital equipment
