- 3+ years preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season
- 3+ seasons of personal tax preparation experience with minimum 30 returns per tax year
- General knowledge of bookkeeping
- State tax licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required
- Onsite availability at TurboTax retail location minimum 20 hours per week, including Sunday through Saturday
- Able to obtain state licenses and permits
- U.S. residency

## Nice to have

- Experience preparing business tax returns and year-round guidance specifically for small businesses
- Bookkeeping experience progressing to tax preparation
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification or willingness to obtain it
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
