- 3+ years of professional experience in software procurement, strategic sourcing, indirect procurement, or related supply chain roles
- Experience negotiating software licensing agreements, SaaS subscriptions, and commercial technology contracts
- Strong analytical skills evaluating spend data and licensing models
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple contracts and vendor relationships
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, or refugee/asylee status

## Nice to have

- Experience managing enterprise software procurement in high-growth tech or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with software asset management (SAM) platforms, SaaS management tools, ERP systems, or procurement platforms
- Experience negotiating cloud service agreements with major vendors
- Knowledge of software licensing models, subscription management, and vendor compliance processes
- Experience supporting procurement across software and broader indirect spend categories
