## Required

- Experience leading platform, developer ecosystem, or creator ecosystem products
- Product judgment for creation platforms balancing power and accessibility
- Understanding of APIs, developer tools, and technical platform tradeoffs
- Ability to reason across multiple ecosystem sides: developers, creators, users, moderators, communities
- Experience with onboarding, documentation, marketplaces, or app review systems
- Strong analytical judgment for ecosystem health and builder productivity metrics
- Deep partnership capability with Engineering on platform primitives and reliability
- Product sense for apps, games, agents, and community-native experiences
- Excellent written communication and decision frameworks

## Nice to have

- Comfort with AI-assisted creation tools and emerging building paradigms
- Experience with prompt-to-app systems or no-code workflows
- Background in games or gaming platforms
- Prior work with AI-powered developer tooling
