- Experience building People Ops or HR Systems at a fast-growing company
- Understanding of HRIS implementation or migration
- Ability to design and build workflows and automations in HR systems

- Experience with multi-country and multi-entity operations including EOR or contractors
- Comfortable across the full employee lifecycle from hire to exit
- Quick learner with new tools
