## Required

- 8+ years in legal technology, legal operations, enterprise customer success, or legal-focused management consulting
- Fluency in AI applications for legal workflows
- Direct experience owning B2B SaaS or legal technology client relationships with renewal and expansion accountability
- Understanding of law firm operations, structure, decision-making, and technology adoption
- Senior-level communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% to client sites and events

## Nice to have

- JD (law degree)
- Prior law firm practice at associate or counsel level
- Experience building trusted relationships with law firm partners, COOs, CIOs, and practice group leaders
