- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, Outlook)
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis processes
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPI analytics
- Partner with commercial and functional leaders on financial planning

## Nice to have

- CPA, CMA, or MBA certification
- Experience in technical, fast-paced life sciences industry
- Experience working globally with cross-functional finance partners
