- Active practical fluency with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT with clear evidence of changed workflows
- Bias to action with demonstrated ability to ship, iterate, and fill gaps without perfect information
- Translate technical depth into clear messaging for novel products without oversimplifying
- Cross-functional influence with product, sales, marketing, and leadership stakeholders without direct authority
