## Required

- Lead multiple end-to-end Workday HCM and Talent & Performance implementation projects
- Experience implementing Workday HCM or relevant cloud-based HR platforms
- Manage client travel and team interactions
- Meet deadlines in dynamic environments with conflicting demands
- Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

## Nice to have

- Strong HR background with Workday platform experience as consultant or client
- Workday Data Migration tools and Security framework experience
- Current Workday HCM or Talent & Performance certifications
