## Required

- 6+ years of MS-DRG and APR-DRG auditing experience at a payer or Payment Integrity vendor
- Active certified coder credential (CIC, CPC, CCS, RHIA, or RHIT)
- Advanced expertise in ICD-10-CM/PCS coding
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Meets or exceeds quality and productivity standards

## Nice to have

- CCS (Certified Coding Specialist) credential
- RHIA or RHIT credential or Associate's degree in Health Information Management, Nursing, or related field
- Experience with inpatient case rate and per diem audits
- Experience in a start-up or high-growth company
- Familiarity with Mac computers
