- Engineering degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial or related field
- 3+ years proven experience as Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or Methods Engineer in high-tech, automotive, electronics or aerospace industries
- Advanced English proficiency for technical reports and fluent communication
- Practical experience diagnosing and troubleshooting complex mechanical and electronic systems
- Critical thinking and failure mode anticipation mindset
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Assertive communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work in dynamic, multicultural, multidisciplinary teams under high-demand production schedules

## Nice to have

- Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Familiarity with manufacturing ERPs
