## Required

- 8+ years experience in high-mix or low-volume manufacturing
- 3+ years leading manufacturing teams in product development
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Process simulation, time study, and data analytics proficiency
- Leadership and project management skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%
- U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or asylee/refugee status

## Nice to have

- Experience with digital manufacturing initiatives and MES systems
- Familiarity with ITAR and export compliance requirements
